Shipping Policy

Purchases will be shipped from Canada or our supplier in China, depending on product availability at the time of purchase.  We ship free worldwide.  Larger orders are shipped via courier service such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, CNE, SF Express, etc.  Estimated delivery time varies for different countries.  US and Canada, ETA is approximately 15 business days.  (Plus another 3 days for order processing).  All other countries ETA is approximately 20 days (plus 3 days processing).  Smaller orders may be shipped via e-packet.  ETA is approximately 3 weeks.

We will provide a tracking number after the order processing has been completed.  Customers are required to provide a phone number after they place an order in case they need to be contacted by the shipping company.

Duty & Taxes

Depending on the country you live in, you may be charged tariffs, taxes, etc. (import charges).  You are responsible for the fees if applicable.
